I have seen some overhead consoles with about a 1" diameter access hole to manually crank the sunroof closed...some consoles don't have this hole thoughautobahnsho said:I thought there is a way to do it without removing the whole box. But my SHO isn't parked nearby, and it's been awhile since I've messed with the moonroof.
I thought (but still I'm not sure) that if you removed that ugly little round cover that you could turn the mechanism with a screwdriver or socket?![]()
Of course it'd be a LOT easier once the cover is removed...![]()

I have a 91 console here that does have it, but i don't think any of my 90's had it, nor my 93
