so you want a softer ride?

monore sen. with Moog springs. they are a good combo. they ride soft, but when pushed into the twisties will be firm enough...
intrax or eibach springs are going to be firm... allthough i have heard eibachs are softer...

also. the KYB struts are crap.

also, you cant use intrax or eibach springs on a stock style strut,i.e- monroe sen.

well i have KYB's and the ride is to rough
The reason for your rough ride is probably not the KYB's, but more likely the Intrax.

Because of the lowering the Intrax provide and their spring rate, you do want to run struts with maximum dampening, which would mean either Tokicos or Konis. Unfortunately even with either of those struts you're still going to have a very firm suspension, which some people might translate as being rough.

Contrary to what was mentioned above, the KYB struts are a quality unit, but are not recommended to use with lowering springs, especially with the Intrax. KYB struts and stock springs make for a ride comparable to stock with some additional dampening.

The Monroe struts are going to be very similar to KYB's, but with Intrax springs you're going to bounce like a pogo stick after about 10K miles (picture those riced-out Civics slammed to the ground bouncing their way down a smooth road). With Eibachs, because they don't lower as much, the ride will be slightly more comfortable and less of the pogo effect.

Ultimately you'll need to decide whether the lowering effects of the Intrax are worth the compromise in ride quality. If you're going to keep them, you'll probably need to pony up for the price of the Tokicos or Konis.

actually the struts play a big role in a softness of a ride, i had experience with that myself, about a month ago when i was replacing my clutch i got new intrax springs with tokico struts, when i installed those the ride was very rough, i would say more then 50% harsher, so after driving with those for like a week, i installed my old struts (motorcaft) back into the car, and what a diffrence, its much softer, it pogos like crazy cause of the struts not holding in the front but the ride is just a bit harsher then stock, now im in the same situation as you are 90sho, im trying to find some softer then tokicos struts that would work with a lowered springs, i reed somewhere here on the forum that konis are softer then tokicos when turned down to the softest setting, hopefully someone who tryed tokicos and konis with intrax springs would tell us his experience. sorry for the long post, but im kind of lost with those strut questions.
