Monroe different strut types

I don't think I'd trust the matic line with Eibachs. I wouldn't trust them with oem springs either. Sensa tracs are among the least worst options we have.

I have a set of Monroe Matics in the garage. They worked just fine with stock springs and rode smooth. For a stock daily driver, they ride better than sensatracks which are a bit harsh in comparison. I also tried the matics with the Eibachs and fail; pogo city, doowaditty

as I recall, the SensaTrac line is variable damping rate while the Monroe Matic line is not. I am not real fond of the variable damping in the SensaTrac strut on the SHO, and would be interested to know how the car rides with the Monroe Matic struts.

...See above post; with stock springs the Matics rode very nice and handled well; a lot smoother than sensatracks.
