......a link to this thread might help too. You never know, someone might just get smart and try to get a feel for the market.
Flooding them with emails would get some attention.

I don't know. I think that I've given up on Mobsteel and Superlux grilles. My constant emails basically saying "I will give you money RIGHT NOW for your product" have all been ignored. I have never even received a "We're working on it and will contact you when available" email or response back from them. As mentioned in an earlier post, I just cannot understand this type of behaviour especially in this economy. The way I feel now is that I will not buy their product no matter when they release it. This is hard for me to say because I have been waiting for an aftermarket grille for over 8 months now.....
The only good news that I've had so far is that a local law enforcement friend said that he would order me a P.I. grille when they become available. :woo-hoo:
Now, if only someone could provide or find a part number for this grille when these cars become available........ Taurusbuilder?? :salute:

If anyone can, Greg can....

Sounds like sending off emails or whatever to them is a waste of time....
Pity. You'd think they'd want some business......

Thanks Greg! You truly are a god-send to this forum. :salute:

Although I would still like to see what the 2012 grille looks like, I'm still not sure if I can wait that much longer. I may need to pull the trigger on a P.I. grille when those become available....... Have you started building the P.I.'s yet? Like I mentioned before, I have a law enforcement buddy who may be able to "hook me up" when these parts are available. Although come to think of it, I never checked the Canadian laws regarding regular citizens ordering Ford Police parts.... I'm just assuming that we won't be able to.

My guess is the PI and the 2012 grills are the same. I dont see why Ford would make two different parts.

We've built a few PI but I haven't seen 1 that's completed. I've seen the 2012 completed. So it makes sense if the had the same grille but I can't confirm it. As far as us. As far as us makin them, I've been here since august and we've only made 3.

Hopefully those three are the 3 (out of the 6) coming to my agency.......

Dammit Mike! I'd like to "beat you to it" on at least 1 mod........ I NEED that grille! I don't care how many of my Law Enforcement buddies I need to buy beer for, I WILL have it!

I emailed him again. After looking at the 2012 Grill I would rather have Mobsteel without the Ford badge.

Who did you email Bill? Mobsteel?

I've given up on them.... and I find it very rude to ignore my repeated emails. I refuse to beg someone to sell me their product or even answer my inquiries.
At this point I don't care how the mobsteel grille will look (if it ever becomes available) because I will not give my money to a business that treats it's customers this way. Just my 2 cents

Agreed Zeus, if they don't respond to e-mails to purchase, what can you expect from their customer service? I doubt that they would be very helpful if you encountered a problem if you purchased their grill.

Good point, mj. We don't need that kind of customer service. I think they're people to absolutely stay away from.
