MN SHO Spring BBQ

Im officially setting the date for saturday May 14th. all day

It will be at my house. 313 River St N, Delano mn 55328

show up when ever you want but food will probably be ready around 1-2pm.

there will be burgers and brats/dogs for sure. might even try a big roast in addition.

Beer selection will be limited but there is a liquor store 3 mins away.

I'm committing to this, just emailed my boss that I need that day off and back in MN for it. and the Explorer is miles more reliable and better on gas. anyone on the way from Rochester that wants to be picked up (i usually come up 52 to St. Paul 494 W to 94W.)

I'll try and get some meat out of the freezer, i got paid for a side job with a mixed quarter of black angus. i haven't even seen it since it went in the ice box in December.

also, I'll see about bringing home a 30 pack of Yeungling from my trip to DC this month and bringing it up there. anyone know how long beer is good for when it's canned and kept at room temp from a couple weeks from now till then?
