I changed the oil in my SHO two days ago and after filling the pan up, i unplugged the coil and cranked it over for about 10 seconds to build oil pressure. Being the idiot that i am, i forgot to floor the gas pedal as to stop the injectors from fireing. Well, after plugging the coil back in, i started it up and it made the loudest backfire i have ever heard in my life. In fact, my neighbor 2 houses down ran outside thinking someone got shot :laugh_ti:

Ever since this happened, my car has been stumnbling in lower rpms. It is slow to rev below 3.5k and when i am cruising around, if i give it any more than 1/4 throttle when it is below 3k rpms, the engine misfires badly. Above 5k, however, it runs like a ***** ape. The plugs and wires are only 5k old. What went wrong?

No CE lights and no codes pulled.
