Can anyone give me some feedback on Midwest SHO.
I ordered some parts from these guys 11 days ago. They got my money but I got no parts. They not returning my e-mail. A phone # would be a lot of help. I guess I should have asked before ordering.

Mike K (Mikey's_Taurus) is a regular here and has always received high marks on customer service. See the Vendor Feedback forum.

There is probably a SNAFU somewhere in your mutual communications. When he sees this, he should contact you to straighten this out.

If anyone is aware of any situation which would prevent Mike from doing so, please let us know.

FWIW, I did notice via MailWasher that Mike's email address showed that it was "Blacklisted by SpamCop" as have a number of other users of the SHOTimes mailing list. I wonder if my own address has suffered that fate or if most there just ignore me.

You JUST emailed me 10 minutes ago and I responded 7 minutes after your email was received. All other correspondences I have from you are answered.

I have from you two emails on the 11th, both answered, and 2 from today, one of which is answered, the other is not because it is a duplicate message sent from another address.

I'm not sure how I could communicate any faster than that! :)

The order was pulled back so we could remove the spark plug wires from the order, per your request.

Estimated delivery date is the 19th.

Edit: Roy pointed out the email I missed and I indeed missed one. This is my bad. frown

Mike did in fact responed to my e-mail today a few minutes after my post. And in fact forwarded his phone number to me so I could call him a work out the credit for the wires pulled from my order. This is my first time dealing with Midwest Sho and I guess I a little jumping the first time I deal with anyone over the internet. Mike, thanks for your return e-mail. Now will you pick up the phone. I'm calling from the 561 area code.

Mike's a good egg. His email is flukey but he usually gets stuff ironed out pretty quickly.

Sorry Roy, it's sitting in the charger. If you can just leave the credit info on the voicemail. I'm the only one that has access to it.
