What kind of activation are you guys running? Boost activated or are you using one of the newer EFI controlers? What size nozzles?

Just some questions about the kits you guys are using on these ecoboost motors. I have experience with water/meth on my truck, but I'm running a Maf ramp and a 620ml nozzle on a positive displacement blower, I know this will be different.

I'm using a system from AlkyControl/LMS. it's boost activated and progressive, comes on I believe at around 8psi and ramps up as boost increases. I'm using a #10 nozzle

Post IC (before the throttle body), or spraying before the turbo's?

I don't have a Gen4, but I do run water/meth with my Gen2 setup. I run a boost activated 2-stage setup, both nozzles about a foot or so before the TB. I don't have an intercooler, so I use the 3" diameter pipe to atomize and cool the charge and it works well. My first nozzle is set at 2 PSI and the second is at 8 PSI.

I will be changing my MAF and BOV around, so my nozzles have to move. I will be running the first nozzle pre-blower and the second just before the TB.

Mine is boost activated at 8 PSI. It is not progressive. I have been spraying 50% Methanol thru a #7 nozzle with 200 PSI. My MCT temps tend to go down when spraying, until the last second or 2 of the 1/4 mi. Your tune needs to be calibrated for how you spray. I log ALL of my 1/4 mi WOT runs to make sure that the variables are all within safe ranges.
