Does anyone have any experience with some of the aftermarket stock MAFS replacements (specifically looking at any of these: https://www.rockauto.com/en/partsearch/?partnum=F1ZZ12B579A

I know the OEM is no longer available and my mechanic is indicating mine needs replaced (cleaning it, etc did not solve the issues with it). Just looking to see if any of these will be suitable, or if there are other options available I am not aware of. Thank you!

Hit and miss with those from what I can tell. I usually got a used oem unit from someone when I needed a replacement.

I found a remanufactured OEM one on ebay last year. The MTX MAF is the same part number that is used on Mustangs and Cougars. I don't have it in front of me, but if you plug in the part number on your OEM MAF on ebay, there are some options. There was one seller that was selling ones that came off low mile mustangs, but he had Paypal issues and I wasn't able to buy it from him. I found another seller that had a remanufactured one.

Note: make sure this is the part you need. What problem are you having? / Did you get a code?
Reason; this part NEW is NOT CHEAP.

This is where you ask the mechanic "what voltage did you read when monitoring the MAF at PCM breakout pin 50 and pin 9 during KOER?" Wild diagnostic guesses on your dime are shadetree.
