Any update on the brake package that you were working on? I cant stand looking at my friends Brembo's in his Evo and then seeing my little brakes.

Wonder how the silver would look on mine in the 17X8.... :dribble:

By the way, the picture is with the eibach springs... the sig pic is after the cowl hood and SS linears (car sits much lower thankfully)

Yeah its really too bad that Eibachs aren't lower. I really like the ride with them, though, and I guess I can't complain TOO much about the height since I almost never bottom out anywhere.

This car is now for sale, as the client bought a truck. They may consider parting with the wheels, tires and brakes first. The parts cost only on the wheels/tires/brakes was about $3700 US new.

The car has been truly professionally detailed and polished since the pictures were taken, and the (fresh) paint looks 100% better.

The asking price is $4500 US as it is now. To recap, it's a 94 ATX with about 140K miles on it (I think ...). The tranny was rebuilt by a Ford dealer, and has a TransGo shift kit installed. It includes a decent CD player w/remote and amp with a pair of 12's in a (removable) box in the trunk.

The car is located near upstate NY.

Team Dynamics Pro Race II 17x7 Chrome wheel pics. This wheel weighs 18.1 lb with the chrome plating and 17.25 without. It’s lighter than a 16x6 slicer.

On a (dirty) car with TCE SHO Stopper Jr. front (DP calipers – sealed), and 11.6” rear kit.

PRII 17x7 chrome

PRII 17x7 chrome TCE Jr DP fronts

PRII 17x7 chrome TCE Jr DP fronts 2

PRII 17x7 chrome 11 6 rears

E-me offline if interested.

235/45R17 on 17x7 with 45 mm offset. See the side of the tire for the tire size ;)

The 45 mm offset with the 235 tire width tucks the tire in as far as reasonably possible before it hits the strut. Thus they give the maximum fender-to-tire clearance possible (and probably fit the wagon).

i am a little worried about the width.... and i am concerned with the ride of the 17" rims for day to day driving. I am allready pretty stiff (especaly in the rear) with eibachs
what is the price for the rims and tires with shipping?

To check, we'd need to know:

1) horizontal distance from the hub face to the inner fender lip
2) horizontal distance from the hub face to whatever you will hit on the spring side - in a sedan, it's the strut.

The horizontal distances are best measured with a square - one edge flat on the rotor hub (held in place with lug nuts), and the other under/beside what you are trying to measure.

Are you asking for a price new, or a price for these?

I was asking for the wheels and tires that you are parting out.
I will check on the spacing tomrow. there is no need to worry about hitting anything on the spring side bc the closest thing to the tire is the shocks and they angle away.
humm 50mm offset would work great with sho stopper brakes in the front hummm

I'll ask him what he wants to sell the wheels/tires for.

New, they are:
Wheels $1,140 delivered (new non-chrome would be $700 delivered)
Tires $546 delivered
Total $1,686

The higher the (positive) offset, the more the wheel moves inward, and the closer the spokes get to the calipers. You actually want less positive offset to clear big brakes. The 45 mm offset units shown needed a small spacer in the front to clear the DP calipers. Depending on what SHO Stopper kit you have, 50 may or may not fit. We have both SHO Stopper kits here on cars, if you are serious and want fitment tested on the Sr. kit.

Of course, we would have to order the 50's as these are 45 mm offset units ...

Those wheels look so much like the Centerline RPM's that are resting comfortably in one of my warehouses that it is scary....truly scary..lol
...Perhaps they were seperated at birth?

Thank you Josh for getting these together. You really are a guy who knows how to get things done.

Here are more Pro Race II pics - 17x7 in Silver. They are the same glitter silver as the previous 16x7 pictures, but they are so bring and shiny that it tends to overpower the camera ...

PRII 17x7 Silver front blue
PRII 17x7 Silver rear blue
PRII 17x7 Silver green

Availability
We have one set of PR-I available in 17x7 in silver or chrome. Any other size/colour needs to be ordered, and takes 6-10 weeks to come in. We are working on stocking, but we are selling them faster than we can stock them.

As before, if you are interested, please contact us at [email protected] ESPECIALLY if you want a set of 17x7.0 Pro Race II in chrome. I'd be willing to offer a one-time special price on this available set.

OOPS, typo ... the above should have read 'We have one set of PR-II available in 17x7 in silver or chrome.'

We need 8" X17"!!!!!!!!!!

We've already looked into that .... since the size does not exist in PR-II, it would be a 2500 minimum wheel order to have the moulds made. Needless to say, that's pretty much out of the question .... the only 8x17 (or is that 17x8 ..) is in the PR-I size.

I have a 'good' set of SHO Shop linears, to be replaced by a set of Gary Morrell coilovers sometime this summer.

From the sounds of it, you want a 94-95 knuckle, and our upcoming PBR/Cobra caliper/bracket kit for the 11.6" rotor and 94-95 knuckle, and this super light 16" wheel. This is for the HD Cobra caliper, not the light duty GT caliper. This fits the slicer quite nicely, so it should have no troubles with this wheel either.
