When i upgraded to a Shoshop y-pipe with cats and had a custom 2.5 stainless catback exhaust built with Edelbrock mufflers, with no resonator, i was very dissapointed as the car sounded like crap with the terrible rasp when the seconderies opened up.

Installed a 14 inch Magnaflow stainless resonator 2.5 inlet/outlet now the car is still loud but with no rasp at all.

Very happy with this resonator and exhaust system.

Magnaflow also makes awesome chamberless mufflers. I'm running those on both the supercharge car and the track car.

Custom made y-pipe, dynomax resonator and two Magnaflows with 2.5 inch tubing = $350.00

I went with a generic 22" resonator and couldnt be happier. Hey tony, you should just make this a resonator topic in general.

David, that's up to you guys, this section will be a nice place for a newbie to come to and get feedback from us on all this stuff we tried and had success with.

So please guys, start some threads on the mods that you have and give feedback, i would have a thread for each mod individually or respond to an existing thread, just make it clear on the title what part you are speaking of as so it will be easy to spot by the next guy, so no catchy phrases just straight to the point.
