MAF sensor question

I have a 95ATX and I want to replace the MAF sensor. Does anyone know if the sensors are interchangable from year to year? Are there different serial numbers for them?
For example: on my 94 ATX the serial number on the sensor is"
F12F-12B579-AA
AFH55-03B

I believe you should be able to put any OEM MAF from any SHO in your car.

I will confirm it. And OEM SHO maf will work 89-95.

I believe that 89 to 93 mustang 5.0 is also the same when calabrated for the stock injectors.
