Well I replaced the o2s and the car still seems to be bogging as if it is running rich. I am going after the MAF sensor next. I emailed fordpartsnetwork, and Torrie said that you have to buy the meter with it! Can't you get just the sensor? If so where? I am just stabbing in the dark now....

You're engine information panel has a K&N sticker, no?
If you've over oiled the filter when cleaning it, the oil can accumulate and clog up the MAF sensor. It can be cleaned, might want to try it before buying a new one.

I believe that the sensor is calibrated in the unit (MAF housing), so even if you could buy one separatly (you can't), it wouldn't work too well.

Clean the MAF by removing the Torx T-20 security screws, CAREFULLY lifting the element out and give it a spray with some electrical contact cleaner. You might even daub at it with a q-tip but DON"T break the elements.

It's next to the brake cleaner. Technically they (brake and contact cleaner) are the same but brake cleaner is flammible and harsher on things.

Jeff (don't use brake cleaner on electronics, by the way)

Please don't use a q-tip on your MAF sensor elements! Just kidding...but be careful. I've had good luck just soaking the elements in the cleaner, letting the crap dissolve, and repeating until clean.

Also, if this doesn't help, don't buy a new MAF until you've swapped with a known good one and make sure that's the culprit! No need to throw money down the drain.
