maf sensor question

I got a MAF sensor out of an 95 t-bird with the 4.6L for free. Will it work on an MTX sho, or should i not even bother. I see a lot of threads on here but im not sure what size it is (in MM) so i figured id ask. Thanks

You can get one off a mark8 for cheap from a junkyard though...

Still wont work as you need an LPM or Tweecer to run it.
