i just bought the Lund "smoke" headlight covers, and they look TIGHT as **** on my black 93, but i've noticed that they have descreased my visibilty @ night considerably...anyone else experience this?

I love the way they look, especially since my headlights are almost a golden color now...lol...so i wannna keep 'em on, so should i just take 'em off @ night or sumthin?

I'm pretty mad that Lund didnt make then thinner or SOMETHING to help this...

i have a white sho and they looked spectacular on a white sho. take them off until you get brighter fogs/driving lights. they really do decrease your visibility. i have new fogs and i have to install them. i got soem pilots. i had blazertechs and they were bright as **** but one broke frown

They ARE illegal to use at night. Just remove them, it takes all of 2 seconds, and its a safety issue for all the other drivers on the road.

I had headlight and taillight covers but after so many times of taking them on and off i finally gave up on them and sold em to someone else. After switching to clear bulbs and colormatching my amber reflector to the body color the front end looks pretty clean. And the rear doesn't have those stupid black velcro strips. I'm glad I got rid of em.

I have front and rear on my '95. They cut the light output from the headlights to the point where it is Definately unsafe at night. That's one reason she doesn't go out at night...

BTW, in my opinion, the Lund look great.

Uh yeah..Tinted lenses block light output. The SHO headlights are bad enough as it is..

Where can I find these covers? I can't find them anywhere, and the film looks terrible.
