Lowering spring install questions

Got the rear springs out and trying to get the new camber bolt in but it looks like the hole needs to be slotted to get the bolt in and the washer to seat correctly? Currently in progress so any help is greatly appreciated

Never mind. Figured it out. new camber bolts go in the upper control arm not the lower control arm where I was trying to make them fit
