The ride is probably bouncy from the gas charged rebound damping. I bought KYB gas shocks for another vehicle with lowered springs and was very unhappy too; rough ride and very bouncy; returned them and bought koni's; biggee difference.

If you want a comfortable ride, you aren't going to like any of the lowering springs. To get the benefit of the lowering springs, you need better shocks than the stock replacement kybs. Tocikos or Konis are your only choice with lowering springs for a decent ride. With that said, lowering springs and performance shocks are not known for their comfort and soft ride.

Eibachs and Koni's are way more comfortable than my coilovers. Take a ride in an F-body, Vette or new Stang and your SHO will feel like a Town Car.

I have the Konis/Eibachs and really, the ride isn't harsh. The other mods listed in my sig probably make it harsher than it would normally be

KYB's will wear out in a matter of months with the lowering springs, then you will have the dreaded pogo effect..

Try a set of OEM struts with the moog cargo springs, will ride alot more like stock

Or go with the tokico and eibach combo, alot like stock, just a lil bit stiffer
