I don't know this guy, but I did look at the car, just because I had to...

The miles appear to be legit according to CarFax - it only had 41k on it in 2004. CarFax shows 2 minor accidents, it appears to have been repaired professionally.

It spent nearly all of its life in Michigan (in a garage, apparently). It has a little bubbling under the paint at the bottom rear of the rear door openings, and one very small spot that I found on the left rear fender. The paint is in far better shape than any I have seen for a very long time - only the hood has the appearance of the clear coat starting to possibly delaminate. It has a few minor scrapes on the corners of the bumpers.

The a/c does not kick on. The seller reports that it has a new a/c compressor but has not been charged. The trans will not shift into o/d and the o/d off light is on constantly. It has an exhaust leak somewhere up toward the engine. The car was undercoated many years ago, and some of that has worn off with time. The suspension parts have some rust on it, but apparently it was not driven in the winter very much. The seller has no idea of when any maintenance was done, no idea if the timing belt was ever changed.

It was tempting, but not enough so to pry money out of my pocket. At least not yet...

Looks like the car was originally listed for $5000 on May 29th. Sounds like the seller is motivated to sell. Paint looks pretty good from the photos.
I thought the ATX timing belt service was at 100K.

Simply by age of vehicle, should expect front/top 60K/100K servicing to be done by now. Auto trans also like new fluid more frequently than the FSM lets on, in this case would look to see if a rebuild is needed.
