Loud banging noise in my 2012 lincoln mks

I am having a loud banging noise in my 2012 lincoln MKS. I know its not my sunshade motor. I followed the directions in the post of Rear Shade Clicking and disconnected the white plug to the sunshade motor. The loud banging noise was still there. It's driving me crazy. Does anyone out there have the same problem? Does anyone have a solution. I need help!!!!!
