All of a sudden, my sho vibrates at idle and is loud. At first you couldn't tell if the car was on while sitting in it at idle now, I can feel it that the car is on. There is a smooth vibration throughout the car now. And it is loud as is the mufflers are shot or something. Anyone know what this could be stemming from....a hole in the exhaust system, out of tune(spark plugs).......

Check both mufflers in the rear. I have the dynomax catback system and the damn thing rusts every year. The mufflers then break loose from their weld and the just dangle there. Piece of junk.

...........And I assume I'm checking for rust spots, holes, wet areas, right?

If your mufflers are rusting every year, are you simply replacing them or is there some type of quick fix maintenance that can be applied?

Check for the exhaust piping that may be touching the body. Especially under the passenger area floorpan. It could be many things since your description didn't say what it sounds like or where it is originating from. "Throughout the car" doesn't really narrow it down much.

Well, the owner before me put the dynomax system on and then he got meineke mufflers. The mufflers have a lifetime warranty so I get it replaced for free everytime. Gotta love it.

That means you get the mufflers replaced for free. Not the rust-prone Dynomax piping.

Update!

A hole in both mufflers, and very small leak in the front cat.

Before I do a quick search, anybody know of a good performance exhaust system, that's somewhat economical. I want to replace the pipes and the mufflers.
