With 125,000 on the dash, I've decided to go with lesser priced suspension components.

I'm planning on using the Monroe Sensa-Trac/Cargo Springs combo all the way around.

I've done much searching on this cite and read up on some stuff, but needs some addition help.

What other suspension parts are a good idea to replace while replacing the struts/springs? mounts, bolts, stabilizer links, bearings, etc.....
-economically; for these parts, which brand and places of purchase are better?

Should I replace all bolts?

Does anyone have any printable links that help with installations and tips, with pics?

What can be the least amount of time to replace the springs/struts....?

It really depends on the condition of the car. If it's rusty you should replace the bolts. Mine was not so I reused everything. Get under there and check the condition of the bushings, if they look worn or are damaged obviously you would want to replace them. Other items like tie rod ends and strut bearings you really cannot tell until you have it appart but, but most likely you will need to replace the rubber parts in the struts, the tie rod ends (inner and outer) and maybe the end links (front and back). The other bushings would be as needed.

strut mounts. sway bar endlinks, might as well get aluminum subframe bushings from SHOsho and check oput what else they have. download the 100page 89-95 SHO book and look through the maintence and suspension sections to see what they recomend replacing at diffrent times. how much are those cargo springs? summit has intrx lowering springs for i think $240

Keep in mind lowering springs and OE Replacement struts are bad news for handling.... don't know from experience, but I've seen a lot of people talk about the POGO effect... :)
