Guys I have had my SHO and enjoyed it for a year now its my second, but the problem is when I bought my SHO the dealer had no idea what the keypad door code was or where to find it. I had the same problem with my old 91 but found it posted in the trunk. Its driving my crazy guys. Help!

Bottom of trunk lid, trunk lid arm, in the owners manual (a card), or worst case scenario, rip apart the module and figure it out by looking at the setup.

Nah, tried that (except for worst case) they musnt not have placed the little code sticker in the trunk of the 3rd gens for some god forsaken reason. Who knows why Ford does these dumb things anymore. And that little card that has it in the manual, the past owner LOST IT.

dont know if its the same for the SHOs as the SLOs, but for all g3 SLOs with keypads, the code is up in the dashboard... lay down under your steering wheel looking up above the pedals into the internals of the dash, put yoru feet out the door or up where yor shoulders should be if you were driving... get a flashlight and a small mirror if you have one, i used one of those little round dental mirrors... youll see a fuse box thing above the gas pedal i believe, i think its white, mine had black electrical tape around it, the code is on the side of that box that you cannot see (here's where the mirror comes in)... the electrical tape was blocking a few numbers and when i ripped it off it took the numbers with it, fortunately it only took two, and i could barely make out one of them, and had to guess the last digit in the code, got it my 2nd try :) ... hope i helped.

This was a great link on V-8 SHO.COM. I used it last month when I ran into the same issue with a new purchase from a dealer on my 97.
Thanks Guys!
