Thanks again J for all the pics and advice. After a lot of work and fighting I went a little different route and reinstalled the front bumper extension and overlayed it with the lip. The only way it was possible was by sanding to fit the contour of the bumper time and time again. I'd do a partial install and use painters tape to make a guide where the high spots were and sand to the tape line and repeat (over and over again). It snaps around the ends with authority, maybe still a little tighter than I like considering it's fiberglass based, I might relieve a little more material when I remove it for painting when things warm up.
Anyone wanting to do this, it's not for the faint of heart unless your a bodyshop guy. The fiberglass has voids in places that I back filled with resin, and my part was not very uniform on the back side that mates to the body so there's lots of trial and error with a $200 part. It probably sits about the same height as the rubber deflector under the car, but it's much further forward and I found I could just get the toes of my shoe under it at the curb to my driveway. I think with drop springs it could make some situations really close. For the life of me with all the Taurus on the roads I cant imagine why nobody has released a plastic kit.

Are those covers for your calipers? If so where'd you get emGot the front lip spoiler in today. I bought this knowing that everyone said it will not fit. I had to find out for myself. Not sure why people say it doesn't work? I am aware that the 10'-12' cars have a different front end. It worked on my 15'! It just doesn't bolt on, I had to make my own brackets, but that thing is solid.
I chose to keep it the flat black to match the rest of the plastic even though it's fiberglass. I'm not ready to paint all the plastic yet.

Hope you can find your ideal vehicleI'm still looking for a vehicle and planning things out, but in all my searching on the net I've found very little (as in next to nothing) listed for a 2013-15 SHO body kit. I ran across a few pictures in a Google search featuring earlier years that look to be 2010-2012 wearing side skirts, and dress up's for the front and rear but I'm not having any luck with the later models and I'm looking to purchase a 2015 ideally. Can anyone throw me a bone on where to look, company names, etc.
Thanks,
Mark
Your ride is fresh to def good sir. Could you tell me how and where you got your white letters for the tires. Is that a sticker or painted on?? Very niceGot the front lip spoiler in today. How did you bolt it up? I just got an 18 and it definitely needs to get decked out

Pictures please?Lip spoiler came in this week so I pulled some things off after work to see if I could figure out how Jason worked his magic...as usual, even after reviewing his work above I'm not certain how the best or possibly only way to go about this is.
My first thought was to pull off the OEM extension and use the channel to hold the top of the chin spoiler, but there's a dip, not a straight channel.
Jason, did you overlay the OEM front bumper extension then add the braces at the bottom?
