Hello all SHO owners. I'm ShelbyRacer78 (Mark) from TCCA and TSOC. I don't have a SHO (YET) but I do have a black 02 Sable LS Premium with the Duratec. Over a month ago I lost my silver 01 Sable LS (this had the vulcan) in an accident. If anyone wants to see the 01 Sable after the accident I will post pictures of it. I do hope some of my car knowledge can help over here since my love to the Taurus is strong!

The 01 my parents (Ford family) got for me and after that I always preferred the Sable over the Taurus. Maybe since it has "upper class" feeling about it. And as promised pictures of the wreck:

I always liked the Sable over the Taurus in the Gen3 style. It had less of that "symphony of ovals" style, and the front treatment with the larger grill and more blended headlights (larger, and complementing the grill) made it a less radical style. They were very rare here in Canada, as Ford phased out Mercury much earlier here.
The black Sable LS is stunning.
