So, I've had an issue for a few months now, but with it being cold out, I haven't really dedicated much time to troubleshooting it until now.
I changed all of my interior Dome lights out (the two front map lights, and the three between the front and rear seats.

Since installing them, I've noticed that my remote range is spotty at best when the Dome lights are illuminated (after getting out, remote unlocking, etc), but it seems to work better once the interior lights shut off.

Same goes for the lock button on the door handle. If I put my hand over it when the dome lights are on, it doesn't do anything. Once the dome lights shut off, it works again.

On a whim, I put the regular bulbs back in over the weekend, and everything works as it should.

Has anyone else experienced this before? And for those who changed the bulbs out to LED's and don't have this problem, what did you use?

This issue happens with both of my key fobs, and they both have brand new batteries.

Could I be bad fuses? Never heard of LED bulbs messing up remote range?

I think your spot on. LED lights do interfere with some frequencies. I installed some LED bulbs into my Craftsman garage door opener and my remote wouldn't work worth a damn. I changed them back, and things were good again. I think you are onto something.

My garage opener specifically states not to use LED as it will lower the range. I assume they are similar frequency and would do the same to the car.
