lights flicker

My dash lights slightly flicker.. Anyone have any ideas why?

All the time or just when you are doing something (at a certain time I mean)?

Bad ground or alternator taking a dump most likely.

This is usually just a connection problem. I had this same issue, and it turned out to be that my battery connections were all corroded. Check, and clean all your connections....Battery, Alt, starter, ect..

I notice it when im driving, I wil check the batt. cables and ground.

Still having this problem, I bought a brand new battery and if it sits for longer than a day the batt. is dead.. When i rev the engine the light flicker faster... Seems like the head lights are doing the same.

Mine did the same when the alternator died. Killed my 200 dollar optima battery. Pull the positive cable off and hook a test light from cable end to battery and if it lights up very bright you have a large draw. If you do unplug fuses until the draw goes out, then you;ve found your offending circuit. Alternator or dome light most likely.

My car did some weird stuff before I changed the alternator. The battery light would come on and off at random times. It wasn't untila fter I changed the alternator that I started having problems with my dash lights. Have fun changing the alternator!
