Leak down test

So I'm moving onto SHO rebuild number 2. Its a 2010 with 100k and low compression on number 4. Found a donor motor that supposedly has 35k from a 2013.

My question is doing leak down tests on a cold engine that's been sitting for a year. Im getting about 50% leakage on all cylinders. Since its uniform more or less I'm thinking it may be debris on the valves. I do hear air from the intake on every cylinder. I added some oil to cylinder and same results.

Anybody have any experience on this?

Also, looks like this engine had the performance package or cop motor since it has an oil cooler.

By the way when I say cold I mean its 10 degrees here in WI.

Can't tell if you have the intake on or not, but try putting some oil in the intake runners and see what happens.
