I have narrowed it down to these two sets of tires. The Sumitomo's would have to be 225/50 and the Kumho's will be 225/55. The Kuhmo's are cheaper but I can't seem to decide on either one.
Kumho Ecsta HP4 716 or Sumitomo HTR+

Can I ask why youve narrowed it down to those two tires? As far as I know, for the money you can get a MUCH better tire. I just got a set of Dunlop SP Sport A2's and I must say, they are VERY impressive. I got them in 225/55/16 and theyre only 93 bucks per tire from tirerack.com. They have a 420 treadwear rating(very good) and a 50000 mile treadlife warranty, not to mention they have great ratings from tirerack. Just a thought.

I had some other choices but based on people's comments I decided that I like the Sumitomo HTR+. Then I was looking at Tirerack and found the Kumhos to be pretty good. How long have you been driving on the new tires?
