I'm not sure what codes 14 and 19 mean... would someone please explain these and provide some insite to possible fixes.

\Shotimes faq page/
code 14= PIP circuit failure. Suspect PIP sensor or TFI module, or grounding or interference problems at the TFI module.
code 19= CID circuit failed.

\from the alternate code site/
code 14= Ignition pickup was erratic - Ignition Systems
code 19= O) No Vehicle Power (pins 37 + 57) or bad PCM VPWR Diagnosis
(R) Erratic idle during test (reset throttle & retest) - Idle Set Procedures
Electronic ignition Cylinder ID sensor/circuit problem - Ignition Systems

Thanks, Tomuza

The chances of both of those sensors failing at the same time are remote at best. I believe that you have a common failure in the DIS module or its connections. Check the easy things first. Check the ground path to the DIS module from the nut that holds the ground strap to the upper intake bracket bolt on the rear, passenger side manifold bracket to the two 14mm bolts that secure the intake crossover tube to the front and rear plenums to the four 5.5mm bolts that hold the DIS to the crossover tube. If the ground path is good, then the problem most likely exists within the DIS module.

Both crank position sensor and cam identification sensor went on mine at the same time. It is possible that they are both bad and in need of replacement.

First off ...Thanks to everyone for the replies to my question!
I wouldn't doubt that it could be both, seeing as that's the way my luck tends to run(deserved)!! I will however go with scott's suggestions first... least expensive... and eliminate the simplest things before I start ordering new parts($$$).
It(90 mtx Titan.) does have bad motor mounts and and I've been driving it daily to work (I hate "slow drivers" "on cell phones" "in the left lane"! shoot ) and it is in need of major up-keep that's long over due! I did replace the TPS(used) once because of simular simptoms!
Once the funds pick up(soon), I'll be able to fix the red 90 mtx to drive for a while. Then, I can strip down the 90 mtx Titan into a lil street shooter for fun time. burn_out
On a side thought... squint Did "that Guy" who replaced the clutch put di-electric grease on the DIS (I had it off) or just plain old RTV... could RTV be part of the problem? I have been driving it for a while like this with no problems until now. I think I'd better get that part taken care of; now that I know about it!!
Thanks again for you help!

Got it fixed... I think, at least for now!
Well, I was on lunch break today with nothing to do, so I stopped by autozone and picked up a new TPS for $24 buck. figured I would pop it on and see what happened.
Good news; It (90 mtx)hasn't missed a lick since I replaced the TPS... man, what a relief!!
I will have to give it a day or two and re-run the codes to be absolutely sure.
Thanks for the suggestions and I'm gonna look into those things as precaution !

RE: Projectsho89=
I know, this car is haunted or something... It runs like it did before the miss/ hes./stall stuff started a few weeks ago... I'll know more after I get the codes tomorrow. I did check the grounds and connectors and all are ok but, I need to put Dielectric grease on the DIS tomorrow. Wish me luck.
Oh Yeah, Thanks again for the advvice guys!
