Upon comming to a stop. I start letting out the clutch as I give it gas to drive away, I can hear a light clunk, with a small shake I can feel in the steering wheel. It sounds like some rear wheel drives that have slop or backlash in the the drive shaft. I have glanced at my subframe bushings but didnt notice anything out of ordinary but havent jacked it up or anything. Does this sound like the subframe knock of death???
I dont notice this when driving slow, when you let off the gas then press it, then let off, then press it. Doesnt mean its not there just dont notice it. Which makes me think its clutch or backlash in 1st gear. Can a bad wheel bearing cause this?
Any suggestions appreciated.
Thanks,
Mike
