I have a 2015 SHO which came with one fob. Intermittently it will open the trunk when I get in the car, set off the alarm when it is in my pocket, display no key found message or require it to be held against the start button to start the car. These don't happen all the time. I have replaced the fob battery and also read every thread I can find on the forum but am still trying to find a solution. Any suggestions are much appreciated. Thank you.

I had random stuff like this with mine. Ended up get a new BCM fixed it. Might also see if the BCM can be re flashed . BCM = body control module.

Have you tested the FOB battery when you get the "no key found" message? Is the battery low, and does this happen quite frequently? If so, I'd be suspicious that you might have a FOB button contact that is continually making contact, causing the trunk to open, Panic to sound, and battery to quickly go dead. However, it seems pretty unlikely that two different switches would get stuck at approximately the same time, especially buttons that are rarely used. But, if you have a second FOB, you could test the theory by taking the battery out of the suspect FOB and using the second FOB for awhile to see if the symptoms change or go away. If not, then either a weak / old car battery (more than 3 years old and I'd consider replacing it) or BCM would seem like possibly candidates as well.

Definitely worth getting a second fob for so many reasons. Not just for this test but more so if you lose it!

One of mine was getting wanky on me. I looked really closely and saw it had a small tear in the front rubber part. Took it apart and saw that a small piece had come loose, super glued it back on, problem gone.
