Just picked up a Cam Chain Tensioner

Well, I just went to the junkyard. Picked up a Cam Chain Tensioner, a cam chain and the cam gear things everything attaches to for 40$. I'm gonna go head outside and try to fix this thing and hopefully that will stop the ticking coming from my front bank. Please throw some tips or whatnot at me as I will be checking back periodically. I basically have only a slight idea of what I'm doing right now. Wish me luck!
