Just ordered my 2015 SHO

Hello!
New to the forum. I was just informed that the build date for my SHO is March 2nd. Does anyone know roughly how long it takes to build and get delivered? Thanks in advance.

Welcome, and congrats on your soon-to-be ride Six to eight weeks is the norm, and your dealer can usually keep you informed. What color/options did you go with?

I ordered mine on the 24th of November and haven't got it yet....Ruby Red with PP that's it..... Rich

the factory does not schedule "build dates" they schedule build weeks, so yours apparently is scheduled to be built the week of March 2nd. Typically, they are delivered to the dealer within 2-3 weeks of the actual production build, but we have seen that stretched out considerably if they find a quality issue and put in into the rework process.

I like to think that it won't take too long to deliver after it is built. I believe the final assembly is Chicago and I am in the metro Detroit area.

It was 6 weeks from build date. Total time was about 9 weeks from the moment I ordered it to delivery.

Is there anyway for me to track it besides going through the dealer? If there is I would assume I would need the VIN#

There is a vin # and it has to go by rail to the distribution point in Mass. then by truck to the dealer.....Rich

Hope you get it soon. I live in the metrodetroit area so they told me it would be coming by truck. Hope it doesn't take too long. My current car is due first week of April.
