I have a 2013 ecoboost interceptor. I have a problem under light acceleration where the car jerks and rpms flutter through every gear.

I was told it might be the awd system getting confused. Tires are all 24/45/r20 but the tread depth is different:
5/32 front/right
8/32 front/left
7/32 back/left
7/32 back/right

Would this cause an issue?

Tire pressure light is on as well even though pressure is good.

Original wheels were 18", these are the 20" SHO rims on it now. Does the computer require programming by the dealer if the wheel size is changed?

Doubt that it's the tread, I never had it in any SHO I've had since 2013, and I certain wore down the fronts more than once. ;)

The TPMS sensors did change over the years, and for my 2016, I had to give the Ford parts guy my VIN because he had said there could be two versions.

The computer does not need reprogrammed for different diameter wheels as long as the overall tire diameter is close to the same. I also doubt it is due to the different tread depths, but the range you have is clearly outside the recommended variance.

What codes do you have?

Agreed, even if the diameter is not the same as stock this should not be an issue as long as all four tires are the same diameter.

Same brand an model tires on all 4 corners?
all brands have potential rolling diameter differences even within the same brand for the same nominal size.

Any update on this? Perhaps lost some lead weights that are used for balancing? Also bad shock?

It operates as a FWD only car most of the time, with an open front diff- so tire size should make no difference whatsoever.
