i emailed the guy, here is his reply
Right now its not running although it did when we got it we think its just a broken wire. to my knowledge the engine has not been replaced. Not sure what you mean by a big rub mark but the odometer says 31245. I guess it might have rolled over but, like i said in the post it was purchased at auction as a theft recovery so I don't really know anything about it's history.
