Ive had my newly purchased 90 for 5 days now. The body is nearly perfect, no door dings, zero rust, looks great. A few minor paint blemshes that can be touched up. The interior needs some very minor cleaning up, the front seats could use recovering. The radio doesnt work but I have the one from my 88 Mustang GT w/premium sound, I think they will interchange perfectly. I decided to fix those minor things first then replace the springs/struts. The 15 inch wheels and center caps are perfect. I think that work will run me about 1000$, most of that being to recover the seats. Soon as that is done I'm pulling the engine and tranny. Hopefully no machine work will be needed on the engine. I'm going to go with a rebuild on the tranny and new a clutch. I paid 1470$ for a solid high mileage car, I'm shooting for a 5k investment to make the car show ready. I don't need this for a daily driver, in fact I'm not even going to put tags on it until the engine is back in. I think this is going to be a great project, just spendy. I live in a town of 55,000 people, haven't seen another SHO of any year here. I'm an hour from Memphis, 2.5 hrs from Little Rock, and 5 hrs from St Louis, anyone near me?

Well, I live in NW Georgia, about 1.5 hrs from Chattanooga. I know there are some other people around here, but not very near me.

Sounds like quite the plan! I'm in St. Louis and see a lot of SHOs on the interstates. Though I haven't seen any postings on this site from them. Enjoy the project!
