That I have not tried. I figured something like that would be too harsh for the paint.

I live in Fla, and we have these nasty bugs called live bugs that get all over the front of your car and the guts are super sticky. We get them off with dryer sheets and a little water. Maybe worth a shot.

you can use rubbing alcohol, mineral spirits, even gas a little on a rag and rub gent-lily.. (bp1151knows the rub gent-lily part ) . you will have to buff the spot out after will swirl marks from it and do wax really good after.
