Is this O2 sensor any good?

Hey there! I just pulled my O2 sensor trying to diagnose a 172 code. I figured it would be a little bit dirty after all this time but I'm not sure if it's too fouled or what.
And a curious thing, every source tells me Bosch was the OE supplier, but the sensor I got is stamped NGK and Ford, with a part number of e9sf-9f472-aa. What's the deal with that?
Also, I read an odd comment on a ChrisFix video suggesting you shouldn't use dielectric grease or anything on the plug because it need fresh air the the pins. Is this true?
Anyway, some input on the state of the sensor would be much appreciated

That sensor looks normal, but needs to be replaced because it's not switching. Replace the other one while you are about it: old O2 sensors make the car run rich.

The go to aftermarket sensors for the MTX is the Bosch 13942. Bosch 15716 if ATX. NGKs were installed by the factory but never Bosch.

Looks like you had trouble getting the sensor out. Put anti seize on the new sensors.

Yes, that gave me HECK to get out! Maybe don't get a socket from Harbor Freight.
So what you're saying is even though the computer is throwing a lean code, it's trying to compensate and making it run rich instead? That makes sense. Any reason not to go with NGK?

Never used NGK, but if the pigtail is the same length, no reason not to use them that I know of. The ATX pigtails are longer than the MTX.
