Interchangable Starters?

I'm pretty sure I know the answer to this question, will the 93/94 Starters interchange?? The pics look the same, and there is a $40 difference in price. And my mother is on a tight budget....

Same part # thru autozone for 93/94 3.0/3.2.

I have a fairly new starter for sale. It is off my wrecked 94' ATX. I replaced the started last fall.
