I checked my ford service manual and didnt see one. But you really dont need one its pretty strait forward just take your time. If your not sure about something just ask.

its really not that hard to but back on, or take off for that matter i took mine intake off when it was pitch black dark outside with only a flash light and 2 hands at 12:30 am. and put it back on a week later after i got my spark plugs wires and valve cover gaskets it only took me about 45 min to put back on... there are i want to say 2 antifreeze lines and 2 vac lines the 1 antifreeze lines go to the throttle body and 1 of the vac lines to the throttle body also.. the other vac line is on the passenger side for the secondaries.. for the front intake runner.. hope this helps i should have taken pics of it ill be taken my intake back off here very soon cuz for some reason its still smoking from the pasenger side fireday and out the passenger side wheel weld. ill try to take pics if i can get my cam workin but i hope this helps alittle bit. so just remember it might look hard and diffacult but its really not.

ive seen a few pics with the intake powder coated if its done right it should look really good the person to ask about that is ken he just did he not to long ago. ive thought about like maken mine shine like crome by jet hot. this is the website. http://www.jet-hot.com/ i think they might be able to do somethen for ya they have a gloss black and a flat black.. what color is ur car? ive thought about maken mine match the color of my car which is green but idk.. if i dont make it match the color of the car i would like to either make my intake look like its crome plated w/o actully crome plating it. or just make it a color that would look good with the green ive thought about doing the valve covers too cuz if you do the intake the valve covers wouldnt really look right what they are stock. just my thought on the powder coting.

Putting the intake back together is a snap. If you've pulled it all apart just take your time putting it back together. You'll have to loosen the couplers when you go to install the intake again to make sure it sits flush to the engine. Once you've got the intake bolts tightened up you'll tighten the couplers. Remember to re-install all the hoses and the butterfly actuator on the back of the intake. Check for vacuum leaks.
