Technically, yes, but usually after about 50k miles or so the finish has peeled off of them to the point that reusing them might risk vacuum leaks. A lot of people re-paint them with high temp paint with a good deal of success, but to me the gaskets are cheap enough to just replace them when they look too rough to re-use.
