really any blue/orange wire. I tapped off the light bulb that lights the light switch. Then later I tapped off a wire that was hot in IGN, ACC and RUN on the light switch connector itself. You can't see them being on during the daytime, but they do have a lifespan so I guess I wouldn't really recommend that.

Watch out for these, I had some for a while but they bubbled up causing my fuel, temp, speed, and tach to all "hang up" once in a while. Plus they were too bright, and tacky.

But that is just my .02

i've had the reverse halo guages since 2003, and only now am i starting to have problems with em, which i think may be a loose wire.

The brightness is adjustable, if I don't like em I will get rid of them:swing:

i have had them for a few years. i too have tapped into the fog light switch.
