-Agree, why take peoples money and get nothing in return. NO magazines OR communication whatso ever about what has become of them. not everyone goes gaga over a convention. Bill should have never let any of that go. it would have been better for it to just die off than be run into the ground... and before the flaming starts, that only MY opinion....

SHOcago is unlike the many clubs that deal with it. We cut the the crap.. We dont pack it deeper.

Don is a good man. Anyone who has beef with him will have to deal with his guardians, el SHOcago! I dont personally know the man like a father, but I can say for certain all he has done has been committed with the sacrfice of his and his families time. To bash such a man would only prove the sheer ignorance of those who do.

Go ahead and tell me how I haven't been to a single convention. I dont care how many trophies, rubies, and gold liners with SHOs embroidered on them you may possess. The only thing I have, and need, to own to make myself feel like a good part of this community is my SHO. The experiences I've stacked with these cars over a 11yrs+ are truly a blessing and a curse. To top that off, I dont know even a fraction of the people on here, let alone who is in favor of my presence and who isn't. Who cares? I don't lie to make myself feel more important. I dont pretend to be the most important. I don't brag about what I've accomplished for others among our community. I don't let everyone else know how wrong they are and how right I am. There shouldn't be enough room in the life of a man or woman who isn't selfish for such stupidity.

So go on and talk crap about Don. Point fingers at what a "****" Tony F. is. You know what? Good men, regardless of their imperfections, should be cherished for their good deeds. If you can find someone perfect to look up to, other than your selfish self, please feel free to preach about how great they are. Remember, what comes around goes around. In the end, someone will be there to be as least supportive towards them as your disfunct ways have led you to be with our good men.
