How about some suspension stuff; front strut tower brace, front and rear sway bars, endlinks and bushings, sub-frame connectors are all great mods for the $.

Sounds like the way to go, with one caveat--the SHO is MUCH more responsive to suspension mods than it is to performance mods. The stuff you have listed in the short-term is absolutely right. Don't forget to flush the brake fluid--mine was practically BLACK near the rear calipers, and I was relieved to replace it with fresh DOT 3/4.

I would put bigger sway bars (24front/25rear or 24front/26rear or stock front/23mm rear) in the "mid-term" category. It makes a DELIGHTFUL difference in handling. :)

Good brake pads make a difference too. The stock Ford pads are quite good, but many used SHOs have some crappy store-brand aftermarket pads on there as replacements.

I will be looking into suspension mods (sway bars for sure) but everything elses on suspensions department will be wating untill it is actually due to be replaced. Got to save money somewhere. As she is right now, has a new rack and pinion and tie rods. She sits nicely, so thats not high on the list of priority.
But what about these ATX, im already afraid, i heard today a rather loud engaging CLICK when going form Reverse to Park. Every other shift is smooth and strong, except that reverse to park. Is this an indicator of any thing i should look into? Either way im sure of the Aux Tranny cooler as being the first thing I want done.

I think the idea of the temp controll of a B&M sounds good, Ohio can get really cold in the winter time. From what i understand when i install this transmission oil cooler, that i will continue to also use the previous oil cooler in my stock radiator, is that right?

You can if you want to. Just run the lines from the stock cooler to the aux cooler then back to the tranny again.
