Only happens when I turn the wheel to the right, and it sounds like its coming from the passenger side. Its not the power steering fluid, I checked that already. I read somewhere on here about some plate near the top that might need greasing, but where is it and whats the easiest way to get to it?

A squeak when turning the wheels is usually caused by the original equipment, ungreaseable tie rod ends. A rubber to metal scrunch can be generated by the upper spring pad rubbing against the inside of the strut tower. This is usually only a problem when you have moved the strut plate outboard to add more positive camber (less negative). A grinding noise from the top of the strut tower would be the strut bearing. Both the spring pad and bearing come together in the same part

Have somebody turn the steering wheel while you place your ear by the right front wheel. If the squeak is coming from hub height, behind center, then it's the tie rod end. If the noise is coming from the top of the strut tower then it's the spring pad or bearing. You have to replace the tie rod end or bearing, but the spring pad can be lubed with silicone grease.

I have a '93' MTX with the same rubbing noise when I turn the wheel. It's comes from the passenger side and after replacing all tie rods and alignment it's still there.
P.S. It will go away temporarily after I wash the car and spray out the wheel wells.
Thanks
