If you're looking for a very nice looking black/black 93 MTX, this is it. This is almost the stripper version; no moon roof, no keyless entry, no power passenger seat. It does have full leather, which is probably a 9/10. I have had this car for two and a half years now and have been very happy with it. The only reason I’m selling it is because I commute 90 miles a day and am looking to get into a Honda to save on gas. This car is in very good condition, both cosmetically and mechanically.

Pro's

Good paint - no rust (less than the usual wear and tear for a car of this mileage)
Great interior - no rips, tears, or smells (driver's seat is not ripped)
Good tires - almost new tires on almost mint slicers
Steering wheel is not torn or worn out - in great shape
AC blows COLD
Rear defroster works
Clutch is in good shape
Alpine CD player
Good cylinder compression

Maintenance

Fully 60k'd
*water pump
*crank sensor
*timing belt
*Ford front crank seal
*Rod bearings
*Autolite platinum plugs
*Valve cover gaskets
*Cam seals
*Shim adjustment
*T-stat
*Upper and lower radiator hoses
*Oil pressure sender
*Coolant temp sender
*New battery
*New belts
Valve stem seals
Outer tie rod ends
Inner tie rods
Coolant overflow bottle
Radiator - used, but no leaks
Windshield wiper motor
Alignment
New headlights

Mods

12” Cobra brake kit
94/95 front spindles
SHOSource front and rear reinforced motor mounts
SHOSource stainless steel catback exhaust with Magnaflow mufflers and tips
SHOSource stainless steel catless equal length Y-pipe
Full length subframe connectors
Aluminum subframe bushings
Stainless steel brake lines all the way around
Super Blue brake fluid
Tokico struts
Eibach springs
All strut mounting hardware replaced
26mm rear sway bar
TPR bushings front and rear
Both front lower control arms
Hard-button EATC
K&N air filter

Cons

*220k miles
*It needs a rear main seal at some point. I’ve replaced every other gasket on the block except this one. It seems to go through a quart of oil every 1k miles or so. Replace when it needs a new clutch. It also may need an oil-cooler-to-block gasket. It leaks a little where the oil cooler, to which the oil filter attaches, is attached to the block.

If you have any questions, please let me know. The car is currently my daily driver, and I drive 90 miles a day to and from work, so the mileage will go up until it sells.

Asking price is $2300 - BLACK PRO RACE II WHEELS NOT INCLUDED; WILL COME WITH STOCK WHEELS

Thanks for looking.

Pics added

These pics are from a couple of summers ago, but the car looks the same. The black Pro Race II wheels are not for sale with the car. It comes with stock wheels in good shape with tires that still have 75% tread left.

Very nice looking! I'm in the market, but it is way to far away from me. Good luck, should sell fast.

Intake manifold support straps appear to be from an earlier model year. Is it possible that the engine was replaced at one point.?

Not that I know of. I've had lots of engines in the garage so they are probably from some random repair I made and grabbed the wrong supports.

Longview, just an hour north of Portland, OR. For the right price I can deliver part way.

It sold off craigslist to a guy in Goldendale, WA. I had one other interest here, but it was too late. Thanks for all the compliments; it was a bitter/sweet thing, but with gas doing what it's doing I needed to buy a Honda. I commute 90 miles a day and the money is tight. Anybody got a line on a Honda Civic VX?
