I need my email changed

I've tried online but get the "your email has been banned" message because I use gmail.

Could someone contact me for the info please?

Bizzy is the only one who can make the changes, and she's away on personal business. Not sure when she'll be back--been gone since March.

this is preventing me from changing my e-mail and for some reason is preventing my friend to register on the site he has even tried on a brand new e-mail account.... idk it seems a little random vBulletin is one of the worse forum systems though...
