I've been able to suppress my addiction for many years, but I found a car I could not pass up. I bought a 1993 mtx with 96k miles with a rod knock for $500. The previous owner bought it in 1994 with 9k miles. Interior is beautiful. Exterior has some damage, but the paint is still shiny. Pictures will come once I bring the car home.
I'm looking for a good engine and a quarterhorse if anyone has any leads.
Any ideas why an engine would fail with such low miles and driven by an old lady?
