Hey All,

Had an interesting issue happen today with our 2010 SHO. When running the HVAC system on heat, we are getting heat out of the drivers side and cold air out of the passenger side. It's happening on both dual climate and single climate control settings. Guessing there is a blending door or something not moving right somwhere in the system. Anyone else have this issue before? Scheduled to have the dealer look at it on Thursday. Thanks.

Does sound like the passenger side blend door actuator has gone AWOL (good ol' Ford). There is a self-help sticky on the EcoBoost Owner Forums site that could be of assistance to you, search there.

Same thing with my 2010. Been like that for quite a while. Working a little better now. It is not the door on the right side, that works properly. It has to be the blend door behind the center console. My dealer says everything is fine.

I also had that issue. Was covered under the extended warranty but I still had to pay $100.

I had the same thing happen a few days ago. I turned the AC on full blast then back to heat a few times and it fixed itself. Something must have been sticking open or closed.
