a razorblade and some windex may be your best bet. get some goo gone from the store if you have any residue left on the glass when youre done. i believe there was a previous thread about this last fall, you might find some better answers there. good luck and let us know what you do.
What removes the film is Ammonia. Let the car sit in the sun and get hot inside. Then take a spray bottle with a weak Ammonia solution. Windex has Ammonia and may be strong enough. I just use a no-name cleaner that has Ammonia in its ingredients. Lightly spray the tint and then cover with black plastic trash bags. You want the Ammonia solution to stay wet and in contact with the window film. About 2 hours later pull back the plastic and see if you can grab an edge of the film. The key is to not cut or tear the film. Once it starts to come off you should be able to remove it in one piece. If it's not quite ready to come off then respray the film and put the black plastic back on. This is MUCH easier than trying to scrape the windows and remove the film bit by bit.
This is why window tint should never be cleaned with any cleaner that has even a trace of Ammonia in it. Usually they only recommend mild soap and water for cleaning. The strange colors some tints change too can be traced to harsh cleaners applied to the film.
